Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Joanna Celma cannot accept liability for lost gift cards.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.

DEPOSITS

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Payment must be done within 48 hours from reservation date. If the deposit is not received within requested time your appointment will be cancelled automatically. Any deposit paid will be deducted from your final bill. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required or a 50% charge may be applied. If a deposit was paid a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required as well to get deposit refunded or transfer it towards another appointment. In any other situations deposit will not be refundable.
